This mindful morning practice includes aroma therapies and soulful music. Kimburlee will incorporate essential oils into this class, awakening all your senses! Essential oils bring your yoga practice to a whole new level, when you wear your oils outside the practice your mind and body will remember the feeling of calm and peacefulness even when you are not on the mat! This practice will be a gentle guided flow, focusing on pranayama (breath work), body movement and stretching your body to new spaces.

Oils will be available for purchase after classes.
This yoga practice is suitable for all levels, though you must be able to get down & up from your mat.

This class is also suitable for intermediate to advanced practitioners. You always have the freedom to take any pose to a fuller expression. Sometimes it is beneficial to take it back a notch, and refocus on the fundamentals. We encourage all skill levels to try this class out!

Class will involve discussion, short yoga flows to loosen up your body, guided meditations, and time to practice meditation on your own. The goal of this class is to provide you with the tools and techniques to establish an independent daily meditation practice, as well as a group of like-minded people to support and hold one another accountable.

This purposeful yoga practice is challenging, rewarding, and is the perfect way to end your week! Kimburlee will guide you through a slow flow vinyasa practice connecting pranayama (specific breathing techniques), body movement and asanas (poses). All while surrounded with soft lighting of candles (fake candles) and soothing music. Room will be heated to 95°
